All products on this website are age-restricted. You must be aged 18 or over to browse, purchase, or receive products from Vapers Pantry. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before processing an order affected by such an error. Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider, Trust Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in GBP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected.
We offer standard and tracked delivery options via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers. All deliveries require signature and age verification — someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept the package. Failed deliveries due to age verification will be returned to us and re-dispatched at additional cost or refunded minus the original shipping fee.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a cancellation for most items. Products must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in resaleable condition. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, pods, or any product where the seal has been broken. Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in full, including return postage costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Click & Collect orders can be collected from our Wolverhampton store at 39 Birmingham New Road during opening hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be collected within 7 days. Photo ID proving you are 18 or over is required at collection. Uncollected orders after 7 days will be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable fees.
Our loyalty programme awards points on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the programme, adjust point values, or close accounts that abuse the system. Loyalty tiers and benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice.

E-liquids containing nicotine comply with the maximum tank size (2ml), maximum bottle size (10ml for nicotine-containing liquids), and maximum nicotine strength (20mg/ml) requirements. Products are for adult use only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
